174 APAs signed – the highest in a single Financial Year since the programme’s inception!
Total APAs signed so far: 815 [comprising 615 Unilateral APAs (UAPAs), 199 Bilateral APAs (BAPAs), and 1 Multilateral APA (MAPA)].
The APA programme has significantly contributed to the Government of India’s mission to enhance ease of doing business, particularly for multinational enterprises engaged in cross-border transactions.
